1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Wifcyme website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including dresses, skirts, and shorts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Wifcyme or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Wifcyme. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our express prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wifcyme and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wifcyme in the last twelve (12) months for the products giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Final sale items, personalized items, or items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
